Happy Birthday card

Merry Christmas to all my christian blog reader, I hope you are having a great holiday.

Today I have a fun happy birthday card to a friend who is celebrating his 40th birthday tomorrow.

The card is a big one, it's a letter size cardstock folded in two (so 5.5 x 8.5 inch). All the cuts on this card were made with the Silhouette.

Our friend is an avid cyclist so I knew I had to have some kind of a cycle theme to the card.

This card participate in:

HTV T-Shirts

I love how easy it is to use heat transfer vinyl for t-shirts.

Here is a cute owl I made for my daughter:

And a lion for my son:

I found the images on pinterest, traced them in Silhouette and cut them - so easy... I also perfected my method of using an iron with them so it was really easy this time.

I also added a few rhinestones to the owl t-shirt.

Hanukkah Card

The cut outs from the card I showed yesterday created another card.

I colored all the pieces with copics and embossed the white background with a star embossing folder.

I went with a rainbow effect for the coloring and really like how colorful it turned out.

Tonight is the lighting of the first candle - so Happy Hanukkah to all my readers!!

Quick upgrade for rain boots

The other day I bought rain boots for my daughter and I figured at least 1 or 2 other girls around us will have the same boots, so I cut a bow from gold vinyl and added as a decoration.

It was so quick to do and she loves how it turned out.

I am entering this to the Silhouette Challenges #20 --Anything Goes.

Happy Birthday Card

Happy Birthday Winx card box

What can I say, I love making a card box. The Silhouette card box by Lori Whitlock is so easy to work with.

This time I used the print-and-cut feature for the Winx characters.

A matching envelope and we are good to go!

More Printable heat transfer vinyl t-shirts

My kids LOVE the option to print what ever they want on their t-shirts. They go through my pinterest boards and the Silhouette online store and pick what they want :-)

Today I'll show you our latest two.

This one uses the Tiger shape with Dark Fabric printable heat transfer material and for the sleeve it's a regular HTV

And for this one we used the Forest Raccoon with the light fabric heat transfer material. I love the fact that it comes with a front and a back.

I know what I am buying at the Silhouette store in the upcoming Black Friday sale... :-)

Bat Mitzva card (Happy 12th birthday)

This is a Bat Mitzva card for a 12 years old girl. My son (it's his classmate) asked for a pop up card. I just love it that my kid are involved in my card making :-)

The base of the card and all of the text were cut with the Silhouette. The paper is from the Doodlebug Sugar Shoppe paper.

The card front reads (in Hebrew): Sharon is 12, and it was cut from vinyl.

The banner is cut with the EK Success Pennant mini punch and the owls are from the StampinUp Owl Punch.

Happy Birthday Exploding Cake Box

Today's project is heavy with picture. I was so happy with how this thing turned out, I couldn't just pick one or two pictures :-)

This project was created with the Silhouette using the 3d birthday cake explosion box by Lori Whitlock.

The beautiful paper is from the Floral Pavilion paper pad (I bought it on ebay)

This is how the box looks closed.

When you open the lid, this is what you see.

The butterflies are held with acetate strips so they look flying.

I added another strip on two of the flaps to hold the gift card and greeting.

I am submitting this to the Simon Says Stamp - Anything goes challenge
